Janie's May 2004 Journal Thursday 5/13: Breakfast: Lunch: Dinner: 7:45 – salad of ¾ pound lettuce (~16 cups shredded?), 3 large tomatoes with dressing of ~3Tbsp. tahini, ~6Tbsp lemon juice According to FitDay, this comes to 4,034 calories with a caloric ratio of 83/7/10 carbs/protein/fat. I normally have more watermelon if I have it, but ran out today. Luckily the farmer’s market where I can get more was this afternoon, so I’ll have some for tomorrow morning. Yay! I estimate that I may have had about 10 cups if I had it. That would have been 4,325 calories, still 83/7/10. BTW- I usually attempt to not have such a gap between
my before salad fruit and the salad, but I sometimes get caught
up in work so it delays making my salad… That happened today.
