These are pictures of some exercises I do that people
have asked for more information about.

This is the teapot. You squat down, tuck your knees into your
upper arms tilt forward and balance on your hands.
This is the teapot from the side. I do it with my knees on
the outsides of my arms, but some do it on their triceps.
I find that way hurts my triceps, so I don't do it much. I
can go more upright with the triceps pose though.
